Tourism & Digital Services

Tourist Information Center Virtual Assistant

AI-powered 24/7 visitor information for towns, museums, and cultural destinations

Tourist Information Centers operate within limited hours and are tied to a single physical location. Limited staffing and language capabilities reduce service quality, while modern travelers increasingly expect fast, digital, self-service interactions.

A digital virtual assistant that delivers up-to-date, knowledge-base-grounded responses about local attractions, bookings, museums, transport, and events — around the clock.

24/7 availability Approved knowledge base Scalable deployment Polite fallback responses Self-service digital channel

Automates responses to frequently asked visitor questions, extends service beyond opening hours, and enables organizations to serve more visitors without proportional staff increases. Strengthens destination visibility and supports modern digital communication.

Education & Digital Skills

AI & Digital Skills Laboratory for Secondary Schools

Hands-on AI education program — Luben Karavelov Secondary School, Koprivshtitsa, Bulgaria

Many schools lack practical AI programs. Traditional education focuses on theory while students need digital literacy, creativity, and hands-on experience with emerging technologies to prepare for higher education and the workforce.

AIgentico designed and delivered an innovative AI & IT Laboratory combining IT fundamentals with hands-on AI training. Students explored AI tools through practical projects — creating avatars, AI agents, websites, digital tourism guides, and educational podcasts.

Cybersecurity & Education

Cyber Safety AI Agent for Children

Interactive information security advisor for children and school audiences

Children are active digital citizens from an early age, yet many lack awareness of phishing, scams, password safety, privacy, and harmful online behaviour. Traditional awareness campaigns rely on static content that often fails to engage younger learners.

A friendly AI guide that explains cyber safety in accessible language through interactive conversation. Instead of reading long materials, children can ask questions and receive immediate, age-appropriate guidance in a natural and engaging format.

Personal data protection Strong passwords Phishing awareness Safe browsing Online behaviour

The agent makes cyber awareness more understandable and more memorable for children. It can support schools, workshops, and public campaigns with an approachable interface designed to encourage curiosity and responsible digital habits.

Cultural Heritage & Memorials

Hadzhi Nencho Palaveev Memorial Web Experience

Bilingual commemorative website and a four-language, QR-accessible on-site audio guide — Koprivshtitsa, Bulgaria

A bilingual (Bulgarian/English) commemorative website telling the full biography, trade history, and philanthropic legacy of Hadzhi Nencho Palaveev.

A companion QR-code audio-guide page placed at the physical memorial, presenting his story in three narrative chapters — “The Boy Who Conquered the World,” “The Suez Canal, a Tsar, and a Staged Death,” and “A Town Transformed Forever” — each fully translated and voice-narrated in four languages: Bulgarian, English, French, and Japanese, so any visitor can scan, read, and listen on-site.

  1. Information gathering and structuring — organizing biography, trade route, and philanthropy records into a coherent narrative
  2. Content authoring and professional translation — source content translated and adapted into publication-quality English for the memorial site, and into English, French, and Japanese for the on-site audio guide
  3. AI voice narration — all 12 chapter/language audio tracks (3 chapters × 4 languages) generated and recorded by AI voice synthesis
  4. Visual design — full page layout, typography, and section design derived from source materials and brand guidance
  5. Image quality enhancement — refining and preparing historical photographs and donation imagery for web presentation
  6. Front-end development — responsive HTML/CSS build with interactive gallery, lightbox zoom, language toggle, and chapter-based audio player
  7. Testing and QA — cross-device, cross-browser, and cross-language verification of layout, accessibility, and audio playback
  8. Deployment — packaging and publishing both the memorial website and the on-site audio-guide page for live hosting

Demonstrates how AI agents, coordinated by AIgentico, can autonomously deliver a complete cultural/historical experience — from raw content to a live website and an on-site, multilingual audio guide — compressing a traditionally multi-role, multi-week effort (research, translation, voice recording, design, development, QA) into a single AI-orchestrated workflow, with no manual coding, translation, or voice-over work required.
